Mission Statement
In April 2006 Jim Burton Realty was acquired by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. We are very excited to have the Coldwell Banker name and all the resources to continue to serve out clients. Below is a history of Jim Burton Realty, we are still located in the same location and the same agents are here, a new name but the same great service that we are known for,

History
In 1994 and 1995, while working for another real estate agency, Jim Burton and Sonna Slack were considered top producers in the real estate field with multi-million dollar sales. A year later, Jim and Sonna combined their efforts and opened a small real estate office near the junction of Highway 260 and Highway 277. That venture has grown to what is now Heber-Overgaard’s largest real estate company. All of our Agents are committed to the Business of Real Estate and all are full time residents of this area.

We take pride in being large enough to get the job done efficiently, and small enough to provide the caring, considerate service and utmost professionalism that our customers deserve and expect. When you do business with Coldwell Banker you have actually employed a conscientious “team” of hard working professionals who are never satisfied until their customers are. On-going education is a goal all of our agents have set for themselves. Diane Dahlin, Ronnie Burton, Jay Pierce, Sharon Willers, Sonna Slack, Joanne Snow, Peggy Maxwell and Carol Weston have completed extensive 90-hour courses of study to earn the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation. Our other agents are all working toward that goal as well. Jim Burton has earned his GRI, the CI (Commercial Investment) designation and the CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage) designation. Ronnie Burton, Sonna Slack and Diane Dahlin have earned their prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation & ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) award.
Coldwell Banker belongs to the multiple listing services for the White Mountain Association of Realtors & the Central Arizona Board of Realtors. That affiliation provides exposure of our listings to hundreds of Realtors in Arizona. We can also be found at several internet locations, including; www.azmoves.com, www.realtor.com & www.rimcountry.com. We are proud to be part of the growth and progress of Heber-Overgaard. We also take pride in being a member of our Chamber of Commerce, with Jim Burton proudly serving as past Chamber President. Jim is also an elected member of the Heber-Overgaard Fire District Board. We are committed to seeing our community grow and prosper while still maintaining our small mountain village atmosphere.
